4-Week Beginner Yoga Course

This friendly, four-week course is designed to take the fear out of starting and help you feel confident stepping onto the mat.
No flexibility required. No fancy leggings needed. Just bring yourself.
You’ll learn:
- The basic yoga postures (and how to adapt them for your body)
- Simple breathwork techniques to calm the mind
- How to move and flow with awareness and ease
- The foundations of a safe, steady yoga practice
Each class builds gently on the last, with space to ask questions and time to explore at your own pace.
We’ll also help you understand why yoga feels so good — from releasing tension and improving posture to boosting mood and supporting sleep.
