We’re kicking things off at one of the newest fitness spots in Leeds – Hii CLUB and you're invited.

As part of our Conditioning Club series, we’re partnering with Hii Club to bring you HiiBRYD, their signature endurance-based session that blends sustained effort with shared energy in a supportive, community-led space.

This is more than just a workout. It’s an after-work reset – designed to boost your fitness in a social environment . Whether you’re new to the city, want to meet likeminded people, or just fancy doing something different with your evening, we’ve got you. Arrive at 19:30 with class starting at 19:45!
