Students will be introduced to basic yoga poses, breaking them down with plenty of hands on instruction. Modifications and benefits of the poses will be taught, as well as breath and relaxation techniques. The goal of the series is for participants to feel confident entering group yoga classes.Preregistration is highly recommended, as the classes fill up quickly.
