If anxiety, overwhelm, or constant stress has been shaping the way you experience your days, this gentle, Christ-centered workshop and yoga class is an invitation to discover another way.

God created our bodies for safety, rest, and life to the full. When we’ve been living in prolonged stress or survival mode, anxiety can take over, but your nervous system can learn a different response.
This 2 1/2 hour interactive workshop and trauma recovery yoga class will help you understand what’s happening in your body and guide you through specific somatic practices that support real, felt relief from anxiety.

• Why anxiety can feel uncontrollable—and why it isn’t a personal failure
• 5 simple, effective body-based practices to shift from stress into safety
• How to experience God’s promises of rest and peace in your body, not just your thoughts
• How to gently take back some power from anxiety, without forcing or pushing

This class is trauma-informed, slow-paced, and grounded in choice, consent, and self-pacing. Sharing is always optional. Rest is always welcome.
