About this Event

Join us for morning yoga emphasizing balance. This series will include movement, meditation, and breathing techniques for overall well-being. It is open to everyone, but especially helpful for those who want to maintain or improve their ability to function and move safely every day. SESSION IS 6-WEEKS, BUT JOIN ANYTIME!

Mather is proud to join 6th Ward Alderman William Hall and New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church (“The Cov”) in Chatham to offer a variety of wellness programs for adults age 55 and better. Classes will take place at The Cov’s campus, located at 754 E. 77th Street on the 3rd floor.

All classes are tuition-free, and complimentary coffee and tea are offered beginning at 8:30am on class days.
