Have you been feeling a bit overwhelmed these days? Are you doomscrolling and falling further into the Pit of Despair, or funny cat video scrolling as a calming technique?

Yoga does not tell us we should be OK when the/our world feels like it’s falling apart. Instead yoga provides us with a pathway forward — the ability to act rather than react.

Join us for a workshop series that explores the yoga of becoming resilient, balanced, and grounded in our bodies.

We will flow through several connected practices, each designed to balance the nervous system. Expect to move through a fusion of hatha and kundalini kriya yoga, honoring your body and experience level, as well as enjoying balancing breathwork and meditation — all served up with a healthy dose of compassion and humor.

We will also have an opportunity to consider our individual grounding practices and how we can build upon those, creating new approaches that calm body, mind, and spirit, and enable us to be resilient in the midst of chaos.
