About this Event

Come flow with us to benefit . Project Yoga is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings yoga, mindfulness, mindful movement, meditation, and breathing exercises to underserved communities in the Greater Cincinnati region, allowing them to experience the emotional and physical well-being that can result. We are pleased to be part of Cincinnati's movement towards a whole-person approach to mental health, holistic wellness, physical strength, and resiliency.

100% of all donations go directly to the charity. We thank Fretboard Brewing for donating the space and Anissa Dowling for donating her time and talent in leading the yoga class that is always fun and perfect for all levels.
