About this Event
An afternoon of rest and renewal with a grounding Vinasysa yoga flow and a soothing sound healing, followed by chai and cake at Oru in East Dulwich.
Scarlett is a yoga and movement teacher who works at the intersection of ritual, creativity, and embodiment. Rooted in trauma-informed and nervous-system practices, Scarlett invites people to explore their bodies with curiosity, collaboration, and care.
Sophie is a CMA accredited sound healer working with crystal singing bowls and a range of shamanic instruments to create sound baths which gently revitalise your mind, body, and soul. As the frequencies wash over you, the busy thinking mind softens and quiets, creating space for deeper intuition, clarity, and inner peace.
A moment to slow down, reconnect, and return home to yourself.
We kindly ask you to aim to arrive 5 minutes before we start the session as you won’t be able to enter once the event has begun.

️Unfortunately, although sound healing is a gentle practice. It is not catered for those with epilepsy, in their first trimester of pregnancy, with pacemakers or metal plates, who have had recent surgery or with severe mental health issues. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
