Yoga + Crystal Bowl Sound Bath at National Building Museum
All-level Yoga Flow accompanied by a full session sound bath with crystal alchemy singing bowls at the National Building Museum.
About this Event

Join us for yoga at DC's National Building Museum, featuring an all-level yoga flow led by instructor Beth Wolfe, accompanied by a sound bath led by Mel of Beyond Yoga, a yoga teacher certified in crystal alchemy sound healing.

For the duration of the class participants will enjoy a sound bath featuring seven crystal alchemy bowls, which promote balance and relaxation.

We will practice under the colossal, 75-foot-tall Corinthian columns in the Great Hall of The National Building Museum, America’s leading cultural institution devoted to interpreting the history and impact of the built environment.

All are welcome--the class is open to brand new and seasoned yogis alike! No previous yoga experience required. Please purchase tickets in advance and BYO yoga mat.
