We are honoured to have Mrs. Suravi Mishra lead this Yoga Classes. She is a qualified and well-known yoga teacher, respected for her deep knowledge, compassionate approach, and dedication to promoting holistic well-being through yoga.
With years of teaching experience, Mrs. Mishra has guided individuals of all ages and abilities on their wellness journey, helping them achieve a balanced and mindful lifestyle. She has taught various styles of yoga to meet the needs of her students.
Her holistic approach combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to provide a complete mind-body experience.
