Description
Join Chloe, aka Manc Yogi, for a beautiful, awakening Saturday morning yoga flow class. For this energising, hour-long practice we will use movement and breath to ease the body and mind of any stresses and tension which have built up from the week. Expect a little bit of a challenge paired with mindful, soothing movement, enabling us to strengthen and awaken our bodies, clearing our minds and preparing ourselves for this wonderful Saturday ahead. No previous experience required. Bringing your own mat is optional.
Following our yoga practice will be a delicious, nutritious brunch, specially prepared for you by Yes Lah.
