Spring Yoga w/Sandy starts 4/7 @ Temple Beth Torah. You can do it!!!Balance is important! It empowers us to live life fully. The only way to find balance is to lose it and find it and lose it again and again. Like meditation, each time we find we have drifted away from our object of attention we compassionately bring attention back time and time again. Balance is stability found at the center of acceptance. When we do find that sweet spot, it can feel as though we can hold the world, being in alignment enables us to receive and give so much more. This spring let’s get super curious about how our bodies move, on our mats and through our lives. All classes provide a solid foundation upon which to grow. Meet yourself where you’re at with compassion and a childlike curiosity, explore your edges and balance in a safe and supported environment.
