Welcome to Yoga at Trinity - Thursdays!
Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session every Thursday at Trinity Memorial Church. Our in-person classes start at 5:45 PM. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, everyone is welcome to participate. Take this opportunity to destress, improve flexibility, and connect with your mind and body. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and water bottle.
This is donation based, and students are encouraged to donate what you can. A suggested donation of $10 per person can help tremendously!
