Rain or shine, we would love for you to come out for a yoga offering every Saturday morning at 9 a.m.! Weather permitting, classes are held in the serene courtyard of the Portsmouth Art and Cultural Center, 400 High Street, at the corner of High and Court Streets. In the event of inclement weather or other special events in the Courtyard, just head across the street to the social hall of Trinity Episcopal Church, 500 Court St. Ask any market volunteer if you need help finding it!
Layered clothing is encouraged. Please bring water, a mat or towel and any other props you may wish to utilize in your practice. Blankets, blocks, and straps are welcomed and encouraged.
Begin your Saturday with a gentle flow and follow it up with the amazing farmer's market that happens every Saturday at the same location. With dozens of vendors, you can grab a beverage, breakfast, fresh produce and other groceries, flowers, gifts, art, and all while soaking up live music and views of historic Olde Towne Portsmouth.
Street parking & bike racks are available.
As always, the classes are donation-based (pay what you can or what you feel the class is worth) and appropriate for all levels of ability. Classes will be led by Kristy (Instagram: @drishtikristy)
