Identi-YOU is a 2-week, small-group coaching intensive designed to help you reconnect with who you truly are—beneath roles, expectations, and survival patterns.
This experience focuses on identity, awareness, and conscious choice—because lasting transformation doesn’t start with doing more…
It starts with seeing clearly.
This is not therapy.
This is not surface-level motivation.
This is an intentional, guided space to pause, reflect, and begin becoming Healed, Empowered, and Resilient from the inside out.

- 2 live 2-hour group coaching sessions
- Guided teaching, reflection, and integration
- Identity awareness & pattern recognition
- Understanding your “mental thermostat” and internal set points
- Conscious choice frameworks for real-life application
- Tools to begin reprogramming limiting beliefs with truth
- A safe, intimate environment for honest reflection and growth
