Celebrate Valentine’s weekend with a feel-good wellness day at The Duce. Designed for connection, movement, and a full-body reset. Yoga With April x Dr. Mona Amini (Not Your Typical Psychiatrist) are teaming up to bring you an experience you can share with a partner, best friend, or anyone you love, including yourself. Come for the classes and stay for the vibes.

Start your morning with a 60-minute all-levels grounded flow (10:30–11:30am) led by April Denning Yoga. After? Enjoy the space! It will be open for you to hang out and linger. Sip a fresh mocktail or cocktail, grab something from the organic produce, explore curated vendors, and enjoy the music and community energy that makes The Duce such a fun place to spend the day.

Stay for Sonic Immersion with Dr. Mona, a mindfulness-forward sound experience with intentional, high-vibe music designed to help you decompress, regulate, and recharge. She’ll start around 12pm.

With coffee flowing, brunch available, and the market open until 3pm, this is the perfect excuse to bring your favorite person and turn your Saturday into a full experience.
