Our sessions are welcoming for all abilities, flowy, offer challenge and leave you feeling calmer as you head into your day.
Perhaps you're curious to try yoga or want to commit to a regular practice; whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete newbie, these sessions hosted by Hannah, are suitable for all levels, with modifications and adjustments given to suit your needs.
You will improve your mobility, stretch out into those tight places, strengthen through the joints and muscles and develop a greater mind-body connection. Also learning how and where to challenge yourself, how yogic philosophy can help to shape our day to day and meet similar like minded individuals. We cant wait to see you!
