Vinyasa Yoga | Women's Circle | Yin & Sound
Women of Manchester, come and join us for a day that's all about you.
What better way to set up the new year than with mindful movement and sisterhood?
We'll begin the day with a Vinyasa Yoga flow and then come together for a Women's Circle where you have the chance to express, share, or simply enjoy some silent reflection time. What you need from the circle is up to you and is always honoured.
We'll then 'break' for some sweet treats (provided) and there's a chance to grab some fresh air, a coffee, or stay cosy to journal or mingle while enjoying the space.
To close the day, you'll be guided through a beautiful Yin Yoga practie, accompanied by a comforting sound bath - as provided by Nina Morton.
The half-day retreat will take place at Space at the Mill - one of Manchester's best venues for wellness events.
Mats, blankets, and sweet treats will be provided but please feel free to bring journals, pens, and anything else you like (such as offerings for the sister circle, extra snacks etc.)
