Join me for a 75-minute afternoon experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and settle into your weekend with intention.

We’ll begin with a dynamic yet accessible yoga flow to gently awaken the body and steady the nervous system, before softening into a deeply restorative sound bath to support rest, integration, and release.

After the practice, you’re invited to stay and connect - with space to land, chat, and enjoy a mini tasting workshop hosted by the London Nootropics team. Each guest will also receive a curated goody bag to take home, including a full selection of London Nootropics flavours and a £60 lululemon gift card.
