Pan Pacific Park!

This event blends mindful movement and sound therapy—a one-hour Vinyasa flow to awaken and strengthen the body, followed by a gentle crystal singing bowl sound bath during Savasana to calm the mind and soothe the soul.

Whether you’re an experienced yogi or a beginner, you’ll be guided through gentle postures, deep breathing, and meditation to cultivate balance, openness, and serenity.

• A laid back setting beneath the trees
• A calming, heart-opening yoga flow (all levels welcome!)
• Soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls in Savasana
