Yoga & Paint : A Slow Creative Evening
An intimate yoga + painting experience in Berlin designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create freely.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided yoga flow focused on grounding, nervous system regulation, and soft movement before transitioning into an intuitive painting session with music, candles, and a relaxed community atmosphere.
No painting experience needed - this is about expression, not perfection.
Come alone or with a friend. The space is intentionally small to keep the experience warm, calm, and personal.
✨ Included:
– 40 min Slow Yoga + 15 min meditation
– Canvas + all painting materials (2hr ~)
– Yoga mats + blankets & cushion
– Tea & cozy atmosphere
