American psychic medium and Sophic Soul Coach®, Julie Haines is back at the Centre with American body, energy, and earth-worker Jenn Mintz, on Friday, September 6, 2024. Julie and Jenn, both certified and registered international yoga teachers and Reiki energy practitioners, are offering a beginning body and soul Spirit Yoga with Mindful Meditation class from 6:30-8:00 pm.
This class is appropriate for all levels, beginner to advanced, and also welcomes students with limited mobility to participate from the comfort of a chair. The teachers will introduce rejuvenating breath, sound, shape, and divine intention in a way that will relax, release, and open the body and soul to elevated energy frequencies for renewed total wellness and spiritual connection.
