Come for a yoga-morning with the super sweet and experienced yogi Emily ?The class will be performing 'vinyasa yoga', which is a dynamic yoga class, which focuses on the breath, the poses, and the movements in between. It’s a class open to all levels. ?
Emily invites you to join with an open mind & heart, with no other expectation than having fun and enjoying a mindful moving meditation.
Afterwards we will all enjoy lunch together - of course organic, local and nice. ?
