Through movement, sound, stillness, and rhythm, you will reconnect to your body—not through effort, but through presence.

4:00 PM — Arrival & Grounding
Arrive, settle into the space, and gently transition out of your day.
Set your intention for this seasonal shift.
4:15 PM — Opening Circle & Oracle Guidance
We begin together in a sacred circle.
Through intuitive oracle card guidance, you will receive a message aligned with your personal journey—helping you open your heart to the months ahead.
4:45 PM — Deep Relaxation Sound Healing & Meditation
Drop into stillness.
Guided meditation and sound healing will help regulate your nervous system, release emotional residue, and create inner space for renewal.
This is where the body softens…
and the heart begins to open.
5:45 PM — Yoga Dance Journey (with Jocy Medina)
A guided, intuitive movement experience that blends yoga, dance, and emotional release.
You will be invited to:
• awaken your body
• move energy through your chakras
• reconnect with sensuality, joy, and expression
No choreography—only guided flow and freedom.
6:45 PM — Healing House Ecstatic Dance
with DJ Ani & live drumming by Chadi
Now we rise.
A powerful, rhythmic ecstatic dance journey where movement becomes meditation.
With tribal beats and live Egyptian drumming, you’ll be guided into a state of:
• release
• connection
• pure embodied freedom
This is where transformation becomes celebration.
7:45 PM — Closing Integration
We gently come back together to ground, integrate, and seal the experience.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more open to what’s ahead.
