Yoga & Creativity

Yoga & Creativity is a monthly class to help you reconnect with your creative spark and embrace self-expression through gentle movement, mindful making, and meaningful conversation in community.

Each class will have 30 minutes of gentle yoga, 30 minutes of creative time, and 15 minutes of small group reflection on a guided prompt about creativity.

Bring your coloring book, knitting, sketchpad, writing materials, etc. and join us for class to nurture your inner artist.
