Begin your Sunday with an hour-long yoga session at Lilliput Books.
Meghan will lead you through a slow flow to provide space to slow down from the hectic pace of life and move in a gentle, unhurried tempo. This class emphasizes intentional breath, smooth transitions, and longer holds to build both physical and mental strength. You'll flow through sequences that allow time to truly feel each pose, with space for stillness and reflection. Great for beginners, those returning to practice, or anyone craving a slower, more meditative experience.
Note: Doors open at 8:45 am. Please bring your mat, water, and support props (as needed).
Feel free to stay after class and browse. Yoga class members receive 10% off their purchase after attending the class.
