We’ll begin with a soothing Yin Yoga and Meditation session (about 1 hour) to calm the mind, release tension, and open ourselves to inspiration.
Afterward, we’ll settle into a cosy and creative atmosphere to craft your very own Vision Board — a beautiful visual map of your dreams, goals, and values for 2026.
Vision boards are more than just art projects — they are powerful tools for clarity, focus, and manifestation. By surrounding yourself with images and words that represent your aspirations, you align your energy and actions with what truly matters to you. ?
All basic materials will be provided (poster board, glue, scissors, etc.), but you’re welcome to bring your own magazines or inspiring words to personalize your board.
