Do you have a little artist hidden in your belly, but feel a little lost on how to bring it out? Or do you feel that your creative side is snoozing and needs some gentle activation?
Ja tak! Let´s combine yoga and creativity in a fun and relaxed community-based atmosphere. Trough the movements we will spark our creativity and activate that inner artist.
We will start with a 45 min gentle yoga flow
Some nice stretches and feel-good movements. Calming, relaxing and at the same time refreshing.
Followed by 45 min of Mandala drawing:
You will get a super cool template for painting Mandalas. The template gives your creativity space to spark and supports the process of creating a satisfying outcome.
The potential of this workshop is to feel free and connected by combining movement and creativity, to relax during the yoga and mandala drawing and to feel less stressed afterwards.
We aim to have a playful creative time together and to be focused in the present moment. A chance to slow down, simply enjoy the process and take a Mandala home that you created in community.
This event is open to everyone, no prior experience is necessary. If you want, you can bring your favorite pens and colors but we also have all the props needed for the yoga & art

We have yoga mats available and materials are provided but you’re always encouraged to bring your favorite notebooks, journals & pens with you.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance. We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your spot to someone who could use it.
