Join Sarah for a nourishing two-hour workshop designed to help you pause, reflect, and set a powerful intention for the year ahead. Through gentle yoga and a creative vision-board session, you’ll be guided to discover your Word of 2026 — the theme, value, or feeling you want to carry with you through the year — and bring it to life visually.
What to Expect
🌿 Grounding Yoga Practice
We’ll begin with a calming blend of gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to settle your body and open your heart. This practice supports clarity and intention-setting, and is suitable for all levels.
🔤 Find Your Word of 2026
Through guided reflection and journaling prompts, you’ll explore what you want more of in your life in 2026 — connection, courage, balance, joy, confidence, creativity, or something uniquely your own.
🎨 Vision Board Creation
Using your chosen word as your anchor, you’ll create a meaningful vision board to support and inspire you throughout 2026. We’ll provide all materials, including magazines, images, and art supplies. You’re welcome to bring any photos or words that feel personal to your vision.
💛 Connection & Reflection
Enjoy a warm, supportive space to create and connect with like-minded people. Tea is provided, and you’ll leave with a beautiful board to display at home as a daily reminder of your intention.

Why practice with me?
I'm Sarah — a qualified yoga and meditation teacher (350-hour YTT) with additional training in Mental Health Aware Yoga (60 hours). My approach is gentle, inclusive, and grounded in nervous system support, embodied movement, and compassionate connection.
I’m passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where people of all ages and stages can pause, unwind, and reconnect with themselves. My classes invite you to move with curiosity, breathe with intention, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and presence in everyday life.
