Yoga and the earth are deeply connected. During our morning together we will work with practices that are grounding, creating strength, stability, security and connection. We will also learn more about the earth's role in yoga, in particular the earth element in yin yoga. After we have explored our theme though asana, pranayama, mudra, meditation and relaxation, we will have a well deserved cuppa and cake 🥮🍰🥞The cost for the morning is £30.
