Yoga Class for Migrants Women and childen in Birmingham
Our Yoga sessions offer the perfect chance to unwind, move, and connect in a warm and welcoming space. Designed for women and children alike, these sessions blend gentle movement, breathwork, and storytelling to create an engaging experience that kids love, while still offering a great range of exercises for parents.
Clasesa are led by Ewelina Haniewicz, experienced instructors trained in India. These classes are inclusive, trauma-informed, and designed to support both physical and mental well-being. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or a regular practitioner, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and more connected as a family.
This class is a fun, storytelling-based yoga experience that keeps kids engaged while benefiting adults.
