What does the workshop include?

• 1 hour Gentle Hatha Flow with Guided Breathwork, beginners are welcome!
• 1 hour Jewelry Making Workshop (the bracelet will also include a FREE jewelry gift pouch for you to take home).

• Yoga Mats and all beading supplies will be provided.

About the facilitator: Tingting is a full-time jewelry artist and teaches Yoga part-time. She has been a fitness and Yoga instructor for over 5 years, and holds her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification. She has a passion to give and share her love for Yoga with the community and hopes to bring more peace, light, and love for the community. In this workshop she will lead you through a gentle Yoga flow for all levels, and helping you make your very own crystal bracelet. Info: Hatha Yoga is a foundational style of Yoga known for its slow and deliberate movements while focusing on the mind-body connection. We will hold each gentle Yoga pose for about 3-5 breaths (modifications will be provided for all levels).
