Join us as we welcome in the new year with a gentle yoga session followed by a journaling and intention setting workshop
This workshop is a community event for women of colour and is open to all levels with no prior experience needed
Mats, blocks and journalling materials will be provided
Please arrive for the session on time in breathable yoga clothing
