I am really excited to be bringing you this retreat at the magical Trigonos in July next year.The retreat will consist of yoga, a days walk out in the hills on the Saturday with our experienced mountain leader, Becky Nokes and lots and lots of lovely, homegrown Trigonos food (vegetarian).
The price of the retreat is £475 for a single room or £430 for a shared room.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due 8 weeks before the start of the retreat. Once payments are made they are non-refundable if you cancel unless we are able to find someone to take your place in which case a refund will be made minus your original deposit.
