Reconnect with yourself through movement and color.Color your breath is a unique experience that blends the grounding practice of yoga with the expressive freedom of intuitive painting. No experience in painting or yoga is needed as this workshop is about letting go and exploring your inner world through body and creativity.
You will experience :
- Yoga flow to calm the mind and awaken the body
- Guided meditation to open your creative channels
- A playful, intuitive painting session. No technical rules, just instincts and emotions to guide each brushstroke.
- A safe space to reconnect, reflect, and share.

Price : 35€ per person (painting material included)
Bring your mat, comfortable clothes, and apron.
