🥾🇲🇹 Trekking the Wild South – From San Tumas Bay to Delimara 🇲🇹🌊This MexVentures trek takes us along Malta’s rugged southern coastline: a stunning route starting from San Tumas Bay, passing through Munxar and Hofriet, and leading towards the dramatic landscapes of Delimara.
This hike reveals a different side of the island, raw, lesser-explored, and beautifully wild, with striking cliffs, hidden inlets, and expansive sea views.
Expect a blend of:
✨ Coastal trails & panoramic views over the southern shores
✨ Scenic countryside paths around Munxar valley
✨ The rugged beauty of Hofriet’s cliffs and hidden bays
✨ The unique landscapes of Delimara, where land meets open sea
Suitable for all trekking and hiking enthusiasts, this trek is moderately hilly and requires basic fitness. Trek Time is 3hrs, we should be back to our cars by 11.15-11.30am.
This public trekking event is FREE of charge.
We will be meeting at Zion parking 8.00am and make our way along the coast for a truly breathtaking walk. Trek time, 3hrs.
