Two workshops to explore Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra - Exploring creativity, Finding Balance and Working with your edgePart 1 - Sunday 30th June - Yin Yoga
This gentle and informal workshop will explain what Yin Yoga is and cover the benefits of the practice.
You will learn how to effectively work with your unique Edge to deepen your personal Yin practice beyond relaxation into a space of expansion and creativity.
The day will contain Three Yin Yoga practices and finish with a Yoga Nidra.
Vegan lunch will be provided and there will be access to water, herbal teas and healthy snacks throughout the day.
Please feel free to bring a notebook and pen for journalling /notes.

Part 2 - Sunday 14th July
This informal workshop will explain what a Yoga Nidra is, to help you understand the benefits to the mind and body. We will also explore how to set a sankalpa / positive intention for yourself.
The day will contain Three Nidra practices and finish with a short Yin Yoga flow and extended Nidra.
Vegan lunch will be provided and there will be access to water, herbal teas and healthy snacks throughout the day.
Please feel free to bring a notebook and pen for journalling /notes.

Please arrive 5mins before the session starts.
All equipment is provided. Please wear comfortable Yoga/Gym clothing with a warm option for the Yin Workshop, and any form of comfortable clothing with a warm option for the Nidra Workshop.
