Join us for two back to back high energy fitness classes! First, you’ll punch, kick, and power your way through BODYCOMBAT®: a high-energy, non-contact martial arts-inspired workout designed to build total-body strength and blast away stress.
Then, you’ll flow through BODYBALANCE®, a yoga-inspired workout that blends elements of Tai Chi and Pilates to build flexibility, core strength, and lasting calm. There will be a 5-minute break between classes.
