The time has come! With over 30 years of practice, more than 20 years teaching and operating our school for more than 15 years now, we are thrilled to invite you to participate in our third Teacher Training program since 2020. Our 2026 course will be unique in that we invite ALL to participate. Are you a qualified teacher looking for continued and renewed education (20+hours)? Are you super keen and ready to learn how to share your passion with our world and become a teacher of this life changing practice (300 hours)? Or perhaps you are a very serious student wishing to intensify your training, deepen your understanding of our yoga practice and philosophy with no desire to teach (200 hours)? All are welcome & the more the merrier!You choose from our immersive, comprehensive 300 Hour Original Hot Yoga Teacher Training, 200 hour Deepening your Practice or 20-30 hours Continued Education (available to those who have already completed an approved teacher training course of at least 250 hours).
When considering who to train with, it’s important you know that you will be joining a network of hundreds of schools worldwide, thousands of teachers who are part of an international community that aims to continue the genius practice and teachings of the Original Hot Yoga with highly-trained instructors and traditional, therapeutic Beginners Hatha Yoga comprised of the classic 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises.
Join us in person in Brighton or join us virtually; this teacher training will be accessible for those with a desire to go deep into the practice whilst maintaining work and family responsibilities. Our 15 week course invites you to delve deep in an intimate and supportive setting. Enjoy unlimited yoga & sauna ALL of 2026! Early bird rate ends March 1st.
