This gentle workshop is an invitation to slow down and settle in.We’ll begin with a nourishing Yin yoga practice, using supported, long-held postures to soften the body and calm the nervous system. Yin encourages stillness and listening, allowing tension to release without force. (60 minutes)
From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative, lying-down meditation that supports profound rest and renewal. Through breath awareness and guided imagery, the body and mind are invited into a state of deep ease and quiet clarity. (30 minutes)
All levels are welcome. All props are provided. Come as you are and allow rest to do the work.
