Yin Yoga in Nature with Maye
Start your weekend grounding with a Yin Yoga practice, and intentional Meditation that will leave you renewed for the week ahead.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets deep connective tissues in the body, helping to increase flexibility, release tension as well as an opportunity to be in your body. I will guide you through a series of gentle stretching poses that we will hold for a few minutes to release tension and trapped emotions.
This event will take place at Earth 'n' Us Farm, a hidden gem located at 7630 NE 1 Ave ( in vibrant Little Haiti) come practice in nature surrounded by trees, birds, rescued goats, pigs, chickens and emus.
