In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this time of year connects to the Metal element, which governs the lungs and large intestine. Join Karen O'Lone for a two-hour experience of Yin Yoga specifically attuned to the energy of Autumn.
In this Yin Yoga workshop we will:🌬️ Open the lungs and chest for deeper breath
💧 Support the body’s natural ability to let go of tension & stagnant energy
💜 Gently stretch the spine in forward folds, lateral bends, twists, and heart openers
🌰 Nurture a sense of clarity, compassion, and ease as we transition into the quieter months
No prior Yin Yoga experience needed—just wear comfy clothes and bring an open heart, and your mat.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
