About this Event
Yin Yoga is designed to calm, restore and create slow movement within the connective tissue. All poses are low to the ground (no standing) and poses are held for an extended period of time (3-5 minutes) to encourage movement within the connective tissue.
Over time, this type of yoga helps with improving health in the joints.
Mats, blankets, props are provided. Please bring water. Feel free to bring your own yoga supplies.
Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with calm music and diffusing lavender.
