Yin Yoga At The Moon Mercado, Downtown Orlando
Come join us for a relaxing evening of Yin Yoga under the moonlight at the beautiful The Veranda at Thornton Park.
Flow with me every new moon and full moon during the best night market in Downtown Orlando The Moon Mercado ✨
We will flow through a calming and empowering practice promoting balance and self-discovery. Our flow will incorporate meditation, gentle yoga, and Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations) channeling the energy of the moon around us + within us.
Our yoga session is beginner and family friendly! If you miss registration, please feel free to still drop into class for $15! We start at 6:30pm!
Please bring the following:
• Yoga Mat
• Yoga blocks and/or any other supportive tools to make your practice comfortable
• Water
• Dress comfy
After Yoga, enjoy shopping, community, and vibe with the full moon drum circle at 8pm!
