About this Event
Yin Yoga is a floor based practice, slow and relaxing, yet also challenging. Based on the lunar and feminine Yin energy, each posture is held for 2-7 minutes to allow the connective tissues, ligaments, tendons, and joints to slowly adjust, providing physical health and balance to many of the Yang practices we serve in our daily lives (lots of movement, busyness, and stress).
Each class includes breathwork (pranayama) and sound meditation. Beginners are welcome.
When: Saturday 9:15-10:15am, upcoming 18th October 2025
