Join me this fall for Yin Yoga & Reiki @alchemy.hillyard

Sliding scale: $10–$25 per class
Come unwind with us at Alchemy Hillyard for an hour of deep rest and gentle healing. We’ll start with about 30 minutes of Yin Yoga—slow, supported poses that help you soften, release tension, and feel grounded as we ease into the new season.
After that, you’ll get cozy for a guided Reiki meditation. If you’d like, you can also receive gentle, hands-on Reiki to help you relax even more and support your body’s natural healing.
This is a great way to explore Reiki if you’re curious, or just want to add an extra layer of calm to your yoga practice.
Classes are on a sliding scale of $10–$25. Space is limited, so please sign up for classes you wish to attend.
