This 90 min session of Yin Yoga and healing Sound Therapy is a great way to relax and restore. The yoga poses and therapy bowls work together on specific areas of the body in a truly collaborative way. Peter Hess Sound Therapy and Yin yoga will give you a wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic session that will benefit the body, mind, and soul during this immersive experience. You will be guided though a 60 min yin yoga practice alongside the healing sounds of Peter Hess therapy bowls, followed by a 25 min Shavasana (final relaxation pose) while being bathed in sounds of the gong.
