Experience the quiet, powerful medicine of Yin Yoga, a grounding, floor-based practice designed to cultivate deep release, embodied presence, and inner calm. In this open-level class, you’ll explore long-held poses (3–7 minutes) supported by props, gentle rhythm, and mindful guidance to open the deep connective tissues of the hips, spine, and shoulders.
This offering weaves together moments of stillness and djembe drumming rhythms to help you soften into your body and restore your nervous system. Leave feeling more flexible, centered, and deeply relaxed.
