Every Thursday | 4.30 – 6pm | Garden of Omandala Wellness / Tropical Cafe | 393 Cua DaiLimited spots – booking essential (24 hours in advance, if possible)
Allow yourself to pause towards the end of a busy week and relax into 90 minutes of self-care.
Set in a peaceful tropical garden, this grounding class blends the long-held stretches of Yin Yoga with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) to support your physical, mental and emotional well-being. All props are provided – just come as you are and leave feeling more relaxed and connected than you have all week.
🌿 Why should you come?
Modern life often leaves us with:
- Tight hips/shoulders, stiff joints or lingering tension
- A busy mind that won’t switch off
- Ongoing stress or emotional overwhelm
- Poor-quality sleep
- A sense of disconnection from ourselves and others
This weekly session is designed to softly unravel these challenges – helping you release, reset and return to yourself.
🌙 What to Expect
You’ll begin with a slow, grounding Yin Yoga sequence to:
✔️ Ease tension in your fascia and connective tissues
✔️ Improve flexibility and joint mobility
✔️ Calm the nervous system + help to balance hormones
✔️ Encourage deep physical and emotional release
After your body softens and opens, you’ll transition into Yoga Nidra: a lying-down, guided relaxation known as “yogic sleep.”
Yoga Nidra helps to:
✔️ Quieten the mind and ease anxious thoughts
✔️ Improve sleep quality
✔️ Increase creativity, clarity and motivation
✔️ Provide deep rest...and it's ok if you fall asleep!
To enhance your relaxation, the yoga nidra session will be accompanied by the soothing sounds and vibrations of a Tibetan singing bowl.
🌻 About Your Teacher: Emma
Emma has been teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra in Hoi An for 6 years, alongside regular Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga sessions, plus monthly Mothers' Circles.
Her own journey – including navigating chronic stress and living with alopecia – has shaped her belief that yoga is a space to find gratitude and peace, even in life's messy moments. Emma’s classes are slow, mindful and gently challenging, inviting you to soften into stillness and listen deeply to your body and breath. Her intention is to help students cultivate awareness, reconnect to themselves, and heal from within.
