This monthly session offers a calming blend of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. We begin with a series of long-held, floor-based Yin postures to gently open the body, release stored tension, and improve flexibility.
The practice then transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often referred to as “yogic sleep,” which supports deep rest and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, this class is an opportunity to unwind, restore energy, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.
